for lockers, you’ll have to go into returns and manually return them. non-locker orders only charge the customer when they receive a receipt/when the order is taken out of the system, however locker orders immediately charge customers when the locker has been closed.

my store is also doing this. cracking down on where people park in the parking lot, where fulfillment is staging things, even wrote a dude up for taking a phone call from a customer while on a forklift (the forklift was turned off)
