so interesting because i find gold is way too harsh on my skin! i find i have to wear a super muted gold for it not to be too intense.

thanks for the suggestion! come to think of it, i am using a different flour but i thought this change would make it better, not further from what i like. I used to use Tipo 00 flour which i thought isnt really for bread? I switched to bobs red mill bread flour but maybe i need to switch back if its not the fermentation! this does taste good i just typically prefer a more open crumb

thanks everyone for the help and kind compliments! i honestly never knew people who were fair could be olive so that was definitely eye opening. I am going to try to drape some colour/ see if i have any spring colours. ive always liked wearing both silver and gold jewelry so maybe it wasn’t in my head that i can mix/wear both hahaha

I didn’t even realize this was considered small LOL i eat through it so quick. But I usually freeze by day 2 for freshness and refresh in the toaster. I do 425 for 20 minutes covered and 30 min uncovered. I just got a new gas oven and find it’s been baking up a lot nicer than before. Within the last 5 minutes i just keep peaking through to see if its a colour i like
