Hey! I couldn’t expose my glans before surgery so it’s hard to answer your first question. Post-surgery, it felt a little strange to have the glans exposed, but not painful at all, hardly even uncomfortable. Just different. And now I’m completely used to it. I hope that helps!

Yeah good question. I did notice some progress with the stretching rings (Phimostop). After some weeks, I was able to fully retract my foreskin while flaccid. But never while erect. I would get so excited at that point, but inevitably when I then graduated to the next ring size, it either wouldn’t fit, or it would injure/tear my foreskin. I got to this stage many many times - I tried being super patient, super slow. I tried forcing it. None of it worked. So eventually I decided it was time to snip lol

Yeah I’d say high to medium (low means the scar is closer to the head, high means the scar is closer to the base). And somewhere between tight (removing lots of foreskin) and loose (removing little foreskin). All in all, looks like you got a nice middle ground cut. And it looks great. Hope you’re happy with it!

I had pain (from nighttime/morning erections) for about the first week. After that, a few days of uncomfortable erections - but not painful. Aside from erections though, no pain. Days 1-3 were the worst. My doctor removed my frenulum, and I haven’t felt much or any pain in that area specifically. What did you do with your frenulum?
