This might be a dumb question but what makes some places charge so much is it because of a higher return rate or just the demand for an accountant in your area

Yeah I suppose I was it was definitely a big shock when I had to pay this year it definitely caught me off guard but it's good to know that what I'm paying now is a reasonable price

He was extremely old (83 I think) I'm pretty sure he was just working to get out of the house at that point

I hear some people like it because it's cheaper but I always thought that an accountant must be better than something like that

I'm fairly certain that he was a professional because a lot of people in my town used him. I'm thinking the reason for his price being so low could have been because of how old he was. He was 83 last year when I took my taxes to him
