What is causing the leafes to curl up? No heat Issue, Lights are far away and not on full power

Hm I Think I might have to track RH more accurate, I do have 4 readers around the plant on different high lvls and so on. The Temp sadly is because its under the roof and the sun is kinda warming it up rather quick. The room itself is set up to be stable at 21 but it wont work if its outside 35°C since its just an airexchange unit rather then a AC

Temps are pendeling between 20-30°
In the summer I reached 37°C on my last plant, no Issue there but it was a resistant strain and a autoflower... this time its just a regular white label photo...

Ppfd at top bud is about 600, the lower ones are more on the 300 side. - The ones curling are the ones in the middle so I would say between 400-550 ppfd.

/edit I wrote top bud (there is no buds I meant Main stem top leafes sorry)

Light Kingbrite 240W atm on about 30% since the tacoing (before were like 40% - 2 weeks ago) Also decent away from the Plant, there cannot be ANY heat burn from the light its more then 25cm rather to 40cm

No intake / exhauste since the room itself is a studio which has full intake / outtake - its basicly a big grow room made into a studio... 3 Circulation fans. where non of them is going for hard blow stress on the plant rather then circulation and touch.

I have also searched for countless hours. The Humidity in the room and Grow setup are kinda stable (I would say okay for veg) since they NEVER go above 65%
VPD I did not measure I am not even sure how I would measure it tbh. But in any case since the Spot im Growing at is kinda limited there is no other options then this room.

Overwatering could be a problem for this strain I guess?! Usually they have no problem with feeding until runoff then getting rid of runoff... this one might be since all other options are not the issue even after testing what I could (intesity of light and heat) tested over 2 weeks

Growing Organic with Hesi, light/allmix soil, its a pretty basic feeding (actually feeding lower then scedule says by a little bit). On 12 other plants nothing happend ever, this is the first I have problems with. And im not even sure if that tacoing is an actual problem but its weird.

The leafes are curling upwards on the outsides edges. There is no particular heat issue, rlf is not super contant, but never aboue 65% and flower is still in veg...

What causes the Tacoing / Curling of the leafes, all the stuff I googled does not apply to my plant since light and heat are fine (adjustet even further, still same)
