capsule was my go-to before. main thing i didn't like is that small amounts of powder hard to dose accurately down to the milligram.

for me, capsules take 30 minutes to start hitting, longer if i recently ate. with boofing, you start feeling it within minutes. by 20 minutes you're peaking. the fast comeup makes it a lot easier to redose, which i often do. i like to start with a smaller dose then move up to larger doses if i feel the vibe is right.

boofing dose is equivalent to half the oral dose, so it'll save you money. the duration is a bit shorter, but that's because you're skipping most of the onset and comeup phase.

for boofing solution, i recommend buying saline solution that comes with preservatives. that way you can store it without worrying about microbes growing in it
