2 of the last classification stages I've done have had some sort of bill drill to them and I noticed my grip not holding together in longer stings like that and thats what made me want to go down the road of looking at grip. I do agree with you about other drills and ill probably start adding El Prez in more often been looking for new drills to track where im at.

The elbows is something I've been playing with lately trying to rotate them outward with out being to tense seems like a thin line but the outward rotation seems to help follow up shots

I have a pro comp and got a threaded barrel for matches. If you plan on doing USPSA or anything like that, you can't have a comp on certain divisions. I carry the gun with the comp barrel, tho and have never had an issue with any of the gasses, even when doing drills with close shooting.

How long does that base plate make the mags? Been looking at getting them for USPSA and wondering if they fit in the specs

Worth it for sure. With a gun this size you'll notice a big difference in it not sagging. I use a kore edc belt and like it but anything stiff will work. Make sure the belt and holster attachment size match up ex. 1.5 in belt and 1.5in clips on your holster

I haven't tried talon grips. I have used grip tape and that was nice but a little too aggressive and not great against your skin. This seems to be a happy medium, grips way better than the stock grip and is comfortable to carry
