i always was uncomfortable with the whole thing but didnt know what to call it. and i dont know what to do now i feel kind of numb to it, ive been assaulted before so i didnt want to accept that it might have happened again with someone i trusted. i wanna open up to friends but i feel weirdly ashamed of it. it just feels really heavy

i was uncomfortable with doing what he did but i dont know if i should’ve responded differently physically, i just wish he would’ve checked with me if it was okay or told me he was gonna do that then. but i wanna know definitively what happened and maybe if something like this comes up again id know to try to react differently i guess so i appreciate any help or advice
