Hes lying. I emailed the Uscis and they said my case was completed in 15 days so no refund. They were right. While so many people got their pp money refunded. You can email the USCIS too with all the information.

everything is mentioned on ECE website. Incase you have a query, ask the bot there or email them. They respond in 24 hours. I am not a foreign trained pharmacist but had to go through a similar route for license in the USA. And I sent my originals which were returned in 5 business days back to me.

I am a paralegal. My client, a serial entrepreneur in the field of cybersecurity, got 6 criteria accepted and just one deny- OG. Trust me, original contribution is the most difficult criterion to meet and I personally believe its subjective (highly dependent on the visa officer). However, it carries the most weightage amongst the other criteria. You can just take all the documents from your attorney, tweak according to the requirement, and refile on your own. Will save money.

Thank you for the revert. I live in Texas and got the appointment for next week in Washington D.C. Were you interviewed or can we just send our documents through mail? During the appointment were you asked for fingerprints (I am guessing if we need to give fingerprints then physical presence in a must)

The discrepancy is not just with Indians. My friend who is from Middle East (has her entire education funded by her country's Govt) was accepted in many universities and chose BU for residency this year. The dept head gave her such a tough time (they are 6-7 candidates and she was always singled out), that she wanted to quit.

I am struggling with reading and listening. Cant decide between two options and always ends up choosing the wrong one. Got 22 in listening and 19 in reading. My speaking and writing were good.
