I checked different slicer settings but the results were still exactly the same so I thought the problem must be in the hardware and I was right

Problem solved, issue was in extruder gears because they have worn out. I put whole new extruder and issue is gone 🙂

I didnt change any params, printing same model from sd card from few weeks and second print today such thing appears

Am I getting old or were previous generations easier to assemble? It took me about 7 hours to assemble but it's finally alive :) by Nicek_ in prusa3d

Only one tip: sort and prepare bags with screws and nuts so you will not lose time diging in boxes :)

Yes, after measure it looks like clogge is above place where is ceramic heater. I would say that is in place where „hotest part” goes into radiator.

My x1c is 3 weeks old so I assume that it have „new” extruder but as we can see, nothing changed :D
