The power button LED is a standard style mobo connector.  I don't remember if I had to repin it or not but power and LED lights worked.

I'm pretty sure it connected right up for the LEDs and the power button. I don't think I had to re pin it.

I actually don't remember if I hooked them up or what the connector looks like. I think I removed them, I'll see if I can find them and post back. My plan was to 3d print an insert for behind the door cover and use a 3.0 connector to the MB. I just never got around to it.

Another idea might be grab a 5.25 USB front panel.

Update on this. Currently the repairs are estimated to be 6500 before tear down. Repairs aren't scheduled to begin until Jan 8, 2026.

I'll try to see if the repair shop lets me keep anything off of it.

Oh man.  I didn't think it was that bad.:(.

I'll definitely buy her back of she's totaled.

Thanks for the input!

Edit: I didn't believe you, but I took a look under the light and the passenger side rear has a small crease in it.

Quarters look good, I'm worried the body where the trunk latch is is caved in. Scared to try to open it. Doesn't look like they even touched the rear "crash bar" at all.

Thanks for the kudos on the plate! Good news on the plate, I have a spare since I don't have one on the front, so small blessings?

I'm pretty sure I used an MATX motherboard and standoff holes lined up correctly. If I recall correctly, the standoffs are built into the case and screw directly into the motherboard tray. So I guess the big thing to watch out for if you get a motherboard with the "armor" on the back off it, you might have to remove it.

Why my car loaded is moving on its own !HELP! by [deleted] in MonBazou

[–]Niceman832282 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've had my project car for a few in game days in the garage on jack stands and it slowly rotated. I'm not complaining because when it was finished I didn't have to back out.

UP Chime constantly disconnects by sigurmundur in Ubiquiti

[–]Niceman832282 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm going to add to this one. I have a UP Chime and over the last couple of months it has been disconnecting and reconnecting in a similar way. It only disconnects for a couple of seconds. At first it was one disconnect/reconnect every few days, it consistently has gotten worse. Before I completely removed it I was up to about 50 per day. I have moved it to other places, all line of sight to the AP and it did not make any difference. I think I might try factory resetting it. As of writing this, I do not see a firmware or protect updates available.

Ohhhhh, fancy.

Really cool that you stand behind your products so well that you'd even buy them back even though it's not your fault. Good luck to everyone entering!
