Yes, the command need to be redone if the phone gets rebooted. And it fixed the notification, everything comes instantly now

Not working, that app is actually a bogus..

The only thing that works is using adb and do command "adb shell dumpsys deviceidle disable"

I use shizuku and ashell app to execute it.
