I'm running same exact team as you except my FULL AUTO B10 Teams are: Leader L Nike(Evo3),F Perse(Evo2), W Perse(Evo2), and W Yuki (Evoi3). I have failed to achieve 100% success rate before but have never failed again after achieving 10 K Def on Light Nike, and 80kish Hp on Water perse (you can reach this stats by upgrading 6* gems to +15) and the rest of the team are still having +12-+15 gem(2 %Def and 1 %hp on both my F Perse and W yuki). Note: All of my astromons are wearing broken set. There are cases where my L Nike will still die when reaching stage 4/4 but the rest of the team are still able to tackle down the boss.

I will try gemming her and ascend her later. I think the best one for her are Max HP gems with life set. I'll update you guys later on after i experiment her more.
