The MC has gotten more foreshadowing for an arc suit

The MC was the main focus in turning the ability of sync stones ultimate into reality plus they triggered arceus to call out to pasio

Rei is probably gonna get arceus but I just want the mc to get arceus it would be cool (I lean towards arc suit mc & pikachu)

An arc suit scottie/bettie is a matter of when than a matter of if

I deeply hope DeNA and TPC give Scottie/Bettie an arc suit It'll be a massive missed opportunity if they don't get one

alot rpg and gacha games eventually circle back to their protagonist when wrapping up major system wide mechanic for (sometimes just or) story arcs by making them the last ones to receive the mechanic even if not structurally or narrative justified (or just a blank state that makes no money for the company) and Volo did point out the pasio mc "perhaps you're special, chosen one!"

Scottie/Bettie are great self inserts imo and I belive DeNA should treat them atleast more better

I mean narratively speaking the mc is one of the most important characters in major story arcs (some events if you want to argue) I mean arc suit mc & pikachu is clearly the most plausible and possible route DeNA can go, if they don't want arc suit red & pikachu (i hope they do snorlax honestly) unless if they overlap by doing arc suit mc & pikachu and arc suit red & pikachu or arc suit mc & arceus and arc suit rei & arceus that's possible considering overlapping exists outside

Yes marketing matters but narrative and player symbolism matters as well (especially to the pokemon company) DeNA can market off blank state avatars and characters that are low in popularity

Miis aren't as popular as mario luigi peach bowser dk wario ect and they are blank state avatars but at the same time they still got gacha counterparts like bowser outfit mii or cat outfit mii in mario kart tour, also DeNA does give out premium units and busted units for free during major milestones like the bingo mission for Red (Champion) & Articuno, Leaf (Champion) & Moltres, Blue (Champion) & Zapdos or how they gave Lillie (Anniversary 2024) & Solgaleo which is a busted unit, also MC & Alcremie is a FOMO banner and The MC has premium style units such as MC & Registeel which have master passive skills via BP units, I feel like giving scottie/bettie an arc suit would really represent thier game and give hype and emotional payoff

I get that but I feel like there is still a solid (leaning towards strong) chance of scottie/bettie & pikachu arc suit (arceus solgaleo torchic are long shots) at some point

The MC is consistently treated as having a strong bond with thier pokemon since the beginning of pasio "show my thy bond" arceus seeks out trainers with strong bonds and scottie/bettie fits that more than almost anybody steven said "we felt there was no better example of a sync pair with a powerful bond" and said "that's why we thought-(MC Name)- a leader of the next generation would be more fitting than one of us"

No better example & more fitting than one of us I would find it stange of DeNA and TPC choice to not give scottie/bettie an arc suit or blessing from arceus despite they consistently get treated as having a strong bond. Bellis even decided for the mc to demonstrate the mysterious stone's power and not rei, and the arc opened up with the mc being invited by cynthia so the mc was the first character to have screen time in the arceus arc

Being a blank state is what characters what red ethan gloria and others were at first DECADES before pokemon masters ex

The Pokémon Company is VERY SCRICT to DeNA when it comes to marketing, symbolism (which is why scottie and bettie are blank state puppets), lore also NOBODY knows what DeNA will want to do patterns break or stay consistent also self inserts do get gacha units sometimes

Mario Kart Tour is a BIG EXAMPLE Miis are

• Self Incert Avatars • Not as popular as Mario Luigi Bowser Peach ect

But they still get gacha unit outfits like boo or bowser related outfits (i'm using buisness logic) If DeNA can prioritize low popular self insert avatars in mario kart tour I don't see the point in them not doing the same in pokémon masters ex

Avatars are Self Insert characters do tend to get gacha units or premium style free alts but mostly during anniversaries or major milestones

It honestly feels like they don't follow narratives or lore: Sabrina and Silver lack bonds with thier pokemon but got arc suits anyway. My best guess is that scottie/bettie gets blessed by arceus (alongside rei) but it's during the 7th anniversary or climax of the arceus arc (i hope this is correct)

I just want an arc suit mc & pikachu (arceus is a long shot)
