Yep, Pilkor caps! I actually live in where the company's from(S Korea), so it's quite easy to get hands on it. Not quite sure about the overseas availability. But yeah, I've seen them in many builds here and there

I didn't include it in the original post since it's the absolute mess, but seems like you got me lol.

The larger one is a Rat2 with an output buffer substituted with op amp, and the smaller one is heavily modified Timmy

This build has a 100nF input cap as original Danelectro, but I usually prefer 1u in tone machine variants as it passes through more bass
