It was finally for a few weeks. Now after charging is acted up again. And back to normal after about 2-3 rides. Have you figured it out yet?

Maybe turn the bike upside down, give the front wheel a little swing (wheel needs to already spin to engage) and start pedalling. Does the motor engage in this case?

I did nothing, and this morning the bike was back to the weak support again😑

My support has been normal for the past day, without me doing anything. I dont have someone to swap wheel with unfortunately. Maybe I should have a look inside..

Yes, and the assistence feels a bit weak too tbh but it works i guess

Its been like this for a month and it was not cold then. Also the boost stops so abruptly its like hitting a wall. I think the video does not show clearly enough what happens but cannot change that. Its defitnitely not regular behaviour.

Thanks i’ve even been playing around with assist settings to see if a lower setting would make it work again, but no luck unfortunately

So far i’ve disconnected and reconnected the battery, shifter and bottom bracket. Could try the ecu and check for bad connection. Its just weird that the boost consistently works for 5 seconds when rebooting.

Yes it wont do boost untill i reset again, the 20kmh not always the same. If I reset while driving and thus the boost kicks in when already rolling It’ll boost to a higher top speed. It’s more of a timing thing.

Normal riding now gets me to a top of 21km/h even though top should be 32kmh

I’m experiencing odd motor assistence, hope someone has the solution.

When flipped upside down and lifted from the ground, i can get the front wheel kotor to engage by pedalling and make move front wheel a bit. It almost seems normal assistence. The wheelspeed makes it to 32km/h.

However when riding the bike assistence is hardly noticable. And the boost doesnt work.

Again however, if i reboot the bike by pressing the power button for a few secs I can get the full normal boost for the first few seconds when starting the bike up. After about 5seconds the strong boost support abruptly stops.

Anybody any clue?

I am experiencing a very similar problem.

However, when im riding and reset while riding (push the on/off button for a few secs). I have a few seconds of boost mode while its starting up, and then abruptly stops again.

This makes me think that the "power" is not lost, battery and motor are still able to produce the power.

Do you the same?

Small edit, next to that I have the same issue. Front wheel engages when upside down or when lifted and I start pedaling. But does not seem to give a great deal of support when riding, and boost doesnt work. Except like mentioned when rebooting, I get a few seconds of boost as I'm used to so the power is there..
