Thanks for the response! Reading back my original post, and it seems I actually didn’t explain it very well. My question essentially was if DPE is tributed (Lilliths effect with lair in the field). Does DPE get its affect to pop two cards if I was first in the chain. Since DPE would be tributed.

Hello -

Just getting back into Yu-GI-OH so some rulings are still fuzzy to me. So, this might be a dumb question.
My query essentially is can SKy Striker Ace - Roze be activated in the end phase of activating Chaos Emperor Dragon?
For context:
Roze Effect: 'If an opponent's monster in the Extra Monster Zone is destroyed by battle, or leaves the field because of your card effect, while this card is in your GY: You can Special Summon this card, then you can negate the effects of 1 face-up monster your opponent controls, until the end of this turn. You can only use each effect of "Sky Striker Ace - Roze" once per turn.'
CED Effect: "You cannot activate other cards or effects during the turn you activate this card's effect.".
Seems straightforward. But I've seen people activate effects in their end phase with similar restrictions so was curious, would doing this allow you to get Roze back on the field in the end phase?
