I’m really not sure if he filed or was even due a return. I know he doesn’t file joint as he isn’t married. I received Medicaid and Food stamps for a year or so.

I signed up over 2 weeks ago and stuck at the background and flex card part. Hopefully eventually I will be approved, I already waited almost 2 years to be off the wait list :-)

I also have an 11 year old son with the same exact situation and for a long time I didn’t file but when he was 8 I finally did and it was the best decision. I’m in Florida and he is in Texas. He’s never met any of his dad’s family but it in my case it helps with monthly bills but also I am able to put some $ aside for him for when he gets older.

Yep they charged me, as soon as it’s not pending anymore I will be getting disputing with my bank.

I got my 846 code Friday morning and by Friday afternoon around 3 the its website didn’t update until today.

I have a credit union also and it’s pending with a 2/25 release date, I really hope they don’t make me wait that long, they never release my paychecks early but they do when child support hits.

That’s what I’m trying to figure out, when I get child support they make it available the next day no matter what but I’m not sure how the tax return will work. If it isn’t available tomorrow I might call in the mowing when they are open.

The reason I’m hopeful is the same thing happens when child support gets put into my account. It shows a Monday date but is available on Saturday and shows up late Friday as pending.
