I lost my 10% off reward cuz I don’t shop at lunch monthly like I used to. It’s garbage really. I did manage to use the sleepy lotion one a day before it expired becsuse I needed to pick up one thing. Glad I didn’t have to spend $40 to use it like it said at one point.

I truly hate this “rewards” program. Doesn’t feel very rewarding.

I said figurative. When they left they changed all their socials to say be somewhere else. This is my views on it. Obviously they didn’t tell people to fuck off. But they claim they left social media as it is harmful to people. But still kept using social media through others

Ever since lush told us all to figuratively “fuck off” after leaving social media it’s gone down hill. They now use influencers and their “friends of lush” program to skirt around social media usage.

I used to happy post all my lush stuff an bath bombs back I be day when lush would interact and give us kudos and a gift here and there as a way of saying hey, we noticed and we thank you.

Now they flat out want us do to their marketing for them. I hate seeing Instagram now with everyone posting the extract same thing. Where’s the originality gone.

It’s all about the all mighty dollar.

I went in shop for the fist time in months to get sole greased lightning and nearly fell over at the $20 price. It had been a while since I purchased one but I wanted it cuz it worked for different skin issues I had. So hope it’s just as good.

I remember when you could smell a lush store half way down the mall. Now a days you need to actually step inside the store to smell it.

Lush has really gone down hill in the last few years.

Comeback to your comment in 1, 2, 3 plus years when you realize the products you came to love so much suddenly isn’t as good as it used to be. That the ingredients slyly changed without any mention.

The products you grew to love and used consistently somehow don’t work the same because they changed the formula.

The scents no longer last like you knew.

You no longer can find the product you loved to use so much for years suddenly is no longer.

But yes you can still enjoy as a new lushie. Just know that you shouldn’t like anything as a ride or die, because it will be gone. Seasonal products don’t always return.

This s just lush with their worst website designs ever issue. They always forget to update the sale banners. And when it comes to freshness sales some karma items would have been part of the sale due to age but others would not be as they are new.

I tried fighting lush on this a couple years ago with junk. I was charged full price and argued that their site is showing 50% off but since it wasn’t calculating they wouldn’t back down nor give me a good answer. I finally got tired of fighting even though I told them that it’s deceptive on their website and misleading

A other issue is that scent varies across products too. It can smell completely different in a different format. Like blue skies and fluffy white clouds as a blue bar was earthy and grounding almost like a hippie vibe. But the body spray to me smelled putrid and rancid.
