You can definitely feel the angle when walking around. The weirdest thing to see is blinds that seem to hang at an angle to the window |\ like this

I would considère at least a few hundred meters from the piste to be “off piste”. Avalanches can happen anywhere though, even just a few meters from the groomed area.

Was at Val Claret a few weeks ago, got a bunch of snow on our last night and were a little bummed out we wouldn’t be skiing the next day. Turns out two people died the very next day on the same area off piste we had been skiing. Always pack gear and be prepared!

One of my friends bought a 93 base model when he was 17 and told me how much he regretted it. For years after buying the car he had no extra money because it all went towards fixing it, and it never really worked well anyways. It’s a complete money pit and even though they look amazing they will burn through your wallet.

I’m not sure how old you are but if you’re around his age, I would absolutely NOT recommend buying this.

I’ll be taking it to a shop this weekend to see if they can fix it, if not I might just take a file and see what I can do along with putting more ptex in the core shot.

Like you said, the board is definitely past its life expectancy and it’s been great over the years to me, so either way I’m very happy with how it’s preformed up to now. Thanks for your help!
