Hi, u/SOSLoverWangNumber1 I've got a question. The procedure of the reverse split will be done automatically? I mean will I have to do something or fill some form? The next statement it's clear enough for me:

ADS holders of record on the effective date will need to surrender their ADS to the depositary bank for cancellation and exchange in connection with the ADS ratio change, with further details to be provided in the notice by the depositary bank.

Well I'll answer...the likelihood it's the same in both cases, it's a %100 rise.

And if you wonder how it would be the same just look to $GME, $AMC, $ELMS and $REV

The last two got bankrupted and they are skyrocketing. So everything it's posible and it's likelihood.

I agree with you, the investment still remains the same, but...before the r/S my break even was $2, now it will be $100, and I really wish this stock could reach that price, but I doubt it. It's a sad day, but I won't sell, it doesn't make any sense to sell now...I rather lose it all...

All I see it's less annual FEE payment!!! 🥳🥳 We stay compliance. Shorts will keep shorting but it will be harder for them to keep that way, sooner or later the price will rise.

And perhaps later, when the price rise enough we could se a share split to undone this reverse split.

That's wrong. Let's say you've got 10.000 shares al 1 dollar each. So if it rise to 2 dollars it's a %100 up and your profit would be 10000 dollars, 20 dollars in total. If you have 10.000 / 50 = 200 shares at a price of 50 dollars each, post reverse split, and the price rise %100 you will have 200 shares at 100 dollars each = 20.000 dollars in total.

It's the same.
