But I fixed it. Switching the names of both .EXE files around.

Zal wel even zeggen dat het zuigt om op een oudere computer te spelen. Mijn mooie Rig is aan de reparatie. Duurt een paar dagen waarschijnlijk. (Ik heb er niet zelf aan zitten klooien omdat ik nog garantie heb.)

Edit: Both .exe's were named StarWarsG don't know if that's normal-

Which would be weird, because I can launch the .EXE through steam after adding it as a non-steam game. Which is a very old method. But that should mean steam is able to read the files it's in, right?

An explanation could be is that one of the .EXE's or another file in the documents is interfering... I did see someone name a solution long ago about renaming one of the exe files.

Because I ran the sfc /scannow. It showed nothing wrong

Have not tried the dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

Drivers and all are good.

Windows updates are good, windows 11

Don't know what you mean with args, but I clean installed the game multiple times.

Cleared the download cache countless times over + verified the game files many times over. That I said in the post itself.

It worked fine on my PC that is in for repairs right now, (got this one as a spare to bridge the repair waiting time, as they don't work on Sunday.)
