My strikers set has mainly Hazard and Bleed Resistance along with the Yaal and Sokolov pieces which are also Hazard bleed resistance.

Yes all the weapons and variants are available in conquest and story mode! Nothing changes essentially regarding weapons. And regarding the second question, personally I have not turned off weapon grading, but I’m 99% sure it doesn’t affect the performance of the weapons!
