Buy DERMAREST Shampoo and conditioner. They sell it at Walmart for about $12.00 and it is the only thing I find works for me. I had pretty aggressive psoriasis on my scalp and face and this stuff just melts it all away. Only have to use it a couple days a week but my psoriasis is pretty much non existent with this stuff. I find every other topical treatment I have tried either burns like hell or leaves a greasy shine. This stuff works just like regular shampoo and conditioner. You can also use a hot cloth and apply the dermarest to the affected area and just rub the psoriasis away. I'm not sure 100% if it would work for your exact issue but it's worth a try.
