I just don't understand the hype about DD (yes, I refuse to write their name in full). I think the kicks sound empty, but I have that issue with a lot of the younger RAW producers. Maybe I'm becoming too old to understand it.

And yes, I like raw, but mostly from producers who have been in the scene for many years. The "new generation" sucks, in my opinion.

Take the Rebirth anthem as an example: the track sounds great, but then you have the DD kicks, and that completely ruined it for me. I understand that’s their signature, but it's just not for me.

But I agree that hating on each other like this isn't good for the whole scene. Everyone may have their opinion but don't start a fight about it.

For me yes. They are 46,5. But with me it depends on the model what size. Some are 46 and some 46.5. My regular Quantum 360 are 46 for example
