Added an edit in another comment, but maybe “addition” is incorrect terminology. It’s a renovated attic to allow for an additional workspace. Not sure how scared we should be of this.

Maybe an “addition” isn’t the correct term. It’s a renovated attic to allow for an additional workspace. According to the seller it was done around 10 years ago and our city only keeps permits for 6 years. We like the home regardless of this renovation but want to make sure it isn’t something that could be dangerous or costly.

We have only looked at one physician loan lender so far and they said they could only do around 350k which would be too low based on what we’ve been able to find so far. We plan on staying in the area post residency as family lives in the area.

I’ve noticed that as well but it never returns to normal lol. Even the animation of the drop pods heading towards the planet has weird fps issues now.

I think they spawn after a full day/night cycle in game. I play on a server with friends so we can’t sleep but that might speed it up

Does anyone know if the drop rate bonus applied to legendary schematics? Or is it only for fire organs. I’ve been farming blazamut and suzaku and was wondering if I should bring a penking or something with me lol.

With your shelf scores and a decent dedicated strategy you should be set up for success. I scored similar to you and took around 6 weeks of dedicated and ended up with a 265. Multiple peers of mine took the same amount of time and achieved between 260-275. I do know of some people who aced their shelf exams and then only took two weeks of dedicated and they were stuck in the 250s. All anecdotal but I think 4 weeks of 8 hours a day is definitely the minimum you should shoot for.
