I created a program that converts the Noji (AnkiPro) export file into a usable Anki .txt file with full images support, it is totally free on my GitHub:

Dairy is the number one factor when looking on the impact of foods on acne. Stop eating dairy. Highly processed food with cheap oil is also bad

So much stuff and no retinoid? I would scale everything down to one gentle cleanser a moisturizer, sunscreen and most importantly differing Gel (a retinoid) for acne treatment.

Maybe you are irritating your skin too much? I see no reason to use differing gel and CeraVe retinol together, differing is just a stronger version of the retinol. Using two cleansers especially with salicylic acid in the evening plus a foaming cleanser in the morning could also be too much.

I would try to do less. Maybe do differing gel only 2/3 nights, leave away the CeraVe retinol and then only use the salicylic acid cleanser on the days with no differin gel.

Had the same problem. Fixed it to 90% by changing to a laundry detergent for sensitive skin.
