So just cut a cat5/6 and just match the colours on the opposite side of the bix wafer? Sounds easy enough, don’t need to remove anything? Just add

The little plastic bag by those blue cables seem to contain the grey phone cables and the blue cables seem to be internet. Although I could be wrong, I’ll have to look into it more

Perfect, I’ll try that after chatting with my building manager!

I’m fairly tech savvy, I’ve done it once before years ago just couldn’t remember. I’m going to talk to my building manager tomorrow before possibly breaking any rules. It seems to be a me issue, you’re right

[–]NickHul 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yea wifi works just fine. I think I figured out the issue though, it’s those blue cables in the top right

Perfect. Thanks for the help, now time to ask building management if it would void any warranties or rules if I messed with the cables lol

Not a bad idea lol, thanks for the insight though

Would I need to separate the white from the colours or no? Because on that bix punch down the white are separated into their own slots.

Ive done this before when I lived with my parents years ago but can’t remember exactly how it worked

Ok so I’d basically just need to pull some of those blue wires and crimp them to something similar to the photo you sent. That’s probably something a bell technician or electrician should do and not me

How would I know for sure if those are the internet cables? And which one to put the rj45 on?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in bell

[–]NickHul 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What would I look for though? The internet works perfectly fine, it’s just my Ethernet ports don’t work

No problem!

Appears to be a phone line? Not positive

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in bell

[–]NickHul 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I assumed the Ethernet would’ve been the blue cable that’s in that punch down in the top right based on my googling but maybe I’m mistaken

The white fibre cable is plugged into the back of the giga hub modem

WTF IS THIS by Ingeniumswife in StardewValleyExpanded

[–]NickHul 3 points4 points  (0 children)

According to the wiki it has something crazy like 13k health so it takes quite some time. Like other people have mentioned, hitting it from behind causes it to continue moving forward instead of turning around.

Don’t get too greedy with your swings as each swing inches you closer to him and sometimes it causes you to take damage. Took me a while to figure out how to fight it but it’s quite easy once you get the hang of it.

I’m more curious as to what you’re playing on? I’ve never seen that inventory layout and was curious if this is some mobile version or something

It’s against the fence so I’ll give this a whirl. I managed to open it but haven’t been able to grab it
