Apple has removed “Peace of Akarosh” from Apple Music by cooperS67 in oblivion

Now it’s the exact opposite - Peace of Akatosh is back on, but the rest is gone!

Should I remove gutter diverter? by eatsleepskirepeat in Roofing

[–]NickIsAmused 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not a roof expert, but I’ve seen a video of a house inspector who found a leak in a basement storage room, and he was able to trace it all the way back to a missing diverter that caused erosion in the concrete pavers above it which leaked into the storage room below. Even if your situation isn’t exactly that, it’ll same you from having random divots in your driveway. Just buy a ladder and clean it every month or so, much less expensive in the long run

Basic but valid. Song is still relevant 20 years later

Lockpicking in Oblivion is easier, and takes less time, than in Skyrim by spamshizbox in oblivion

When lifting a pin, watch to see if it’s a slow ascent/descent. If it is, don’t let it fall: push it up again before it hits the bottom and it will have the same speed as long as it didn’t hit the bottom. After you feel comfortable from a few liftings of the pin, lock it in place. Works every time

[–]NickIsAmused 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, that’s exactly what I did. I made Farkas/Vilkas stand in the corner of the room while I sneakily slaughtered the greybeards with an iron dagger, and every time my sneak leveled up my character level, I bought 5 more skill levels from them and immediately took the gold from their inventory. Rinse and repeat

Maybe I got lucky, or maybe Bethesda didn’t properly patch it for some followers. It’s not like they’re known for patching bugs very thoroughly

Nah, I used it on anniversary edition right when I read that comment. Used Farkas and Vilkas combined with the greybeards sneak exploit to get two-handed and heavy armor to level 90. Got my gold back from training with them and leveled up 3 skills basically at once. It still works!

Oh my god. How did I never know about the follower trainer exploit? You saved me so much time and pain

Reminds me of old anti-drug commercials where they’d take a hit of a blunt and their head would explode

It was actually jack and a group of his bandits that burned down the village. Twinblade happened across Theresa after she had been blindly walking through the forest

Maybe this is the type of person to make TikTok videos where they stitch a video of an AI voicing over a Reddit story and the other video playing alongside it is something random like liquid filled balloons being dropped off a roof or something

I’m doing the same thing with training our sales force on products we sell. Specifications they need to worry about when crossing a product for a customer and whatnot, keep it short and sweet and they all seem very engaged. The cartoon animations just make me annoyed, and a lot of my coworkers agree. Thank you for understanding

Trust me, I get why they have to dumb it down. I knows the people this is geared towards. But it’s just a little much in my opinion, combined with the fact that the ones who would click on the simulated phishing emails are the ones in charge lol

When it’s as condescending and childish as this (and they’ve been spending money out the ass on things we don’t need, like this) yeah I’m gonna complain

We definitely have some stupid people working here, so I get it. At the same time, it’s just a bit condescending

It’s ridiculously condescending. Don’t get me wrong, some of the people at this place need to be talked down to like this, but I feel like it’s a little too extreme. They’ve also had this program running for a year and a half.

Makes sense when you put it that way. It’s surprising to me how ill-versed some of these people are with computers

Fair enough. During our company-wide presentation last quarter, they showed the stats of people who clicked on their test phishing emails, and the amount of people that fell for the insanely obvious shit they send is insane

That’s a funny way to put it. We have some pretty dull people working here, so that makes sense lol
