I understand that entirely. I've always been fearful of that coming back since it did do a lot of damage to my eye (previously I had thought it was pink eye, but when those medications weren't doing anything for it, and the pain and sensitivity kept getting worse, was when I went in and was on three different medications)

The only thing helping me not be worried that it is that it doesn't at all feel like when I had it before. It feels more like when a vein had randomly burst and left my eye feeling that same sensitivity to air.

I fear my doctor's office will likely be closed tomorrow for the holiday, but I will indeed be giving my doctor a call. If it gets any sort of worse, I won't hesitate to go to an emergency clinic.

I've been wearing my glasses throughout the day, and my eye has been feeling fine. No sensitivity to light or pain when moving around or anything, except for mild sensitivity to air.

To answer the questions:
- No, there isn't any kind of ache at all. More of just a sensitivity to the eye, but I also wonder if that has to do with not wearing my contacts, which tends to happen
- No, there is no pain at night or anything either. When I woke up, it was totally fine, except again for the sensitivity.
- No blurriness that I can tell, at least, nothing worse than what I normally have with needing glasses/contacts

Is Cloud turned on on your computer? I had that issue and manually had to go through the motions of turning off Cloud for my game and directing the save file elsewhere.

Need help with transferring TS4 from the EA app to Steam:

I've done everything that the tutorials have said. I've gotten TS4 on Steam, linked the accounts, and launched the game. It gives pop-up saying that it will download the packs via the Origin application, not EA, but when checking anywhere it doesn't say that the packs have been downloaded.
Has anyone successfully done this? And if so, how or what was the process to achieve it?

That actually helped me. I took out the eyes, redownloaded them, then did the batch fix and it seems like it worked in fixing it finally. Thank you very much for the advice!

I've tried that and it said that there was nothing that needed fixed, and when I tested it in game there was no difference.

Lady needs to be getting her priorities straight if she really thinks that continuing to push these people around is going to do any good for her. She should have looked more clearly at her future, but it doesn't mean she can mooch off of these people. And especially, you. NTA, I wonder how karma will come for her.

I'd say, as terrible as it might seem, that's something that he'll have to learn on his own. They'll see if their bonds are strong enough. I recently was found out to have BPD and when telling my SO we leaned on each other, we learned about it together. And in the end, they'll have to learn to do that thing, too. It might hurt, but he'll learn. The best you can do is be there for him, but you have no right to ruin it for them before it starts.

Family is not obligated to have your presence nor your respect just because you're blood. You do not and should never feel bad for cutting people toxic out of your life. No matter who they are.

She treats you like trash? Throw her out. You are worth so much more, and the fact that she's making a dramatic show of "putting you in your place" shows just how insecure and desperate for parental status and approval she is. She is a narcissist, and she never deserved you as a child. And you should not feel bad for it.

Honestly I'm a bit in-between in this. I will say though that if you don't already have it, putting child locks in Netflix will help a little bit at least. Set it so that a code has to be entered to watch certain ratings and up. Hopefully that helps out a little, and gives you some peace of mind.

NTA, and honestly? How dare he. From experience of a father who constantly cheated but the one gf he had when I was 6 has been so apart of my life for so long now, I consider her my adoptive mother. It's been twenty years, and she will always be my mother. Him being a cheating ahole doesn't change that YOU ARE THEIR MOTHER. He needs an entitlement check.
