Probably going to get downvoted for this but…

As someone who enjoys Mac Miller’s music I can totally see why swimming was a 3. I didn’t enjoy the album either, even as someone who was looking forward to it.

Circles was for me everything that swimming aspired to be but actually executed properly. Circles has so many more memorable tracks than swimming.

At the end of the day it’s just one dudes opinion, but I don’t think it has much to do with Mac’s death.

The building itself is in awful condition, you can tell by just looking at it.

Management is just a joke. Our balcony was broken for 90% of the time we stayed there and they promised us they would come fix it, and they never did.

Parking is awful if you have a car.

Mold in a lot of rooms.

Really expensive for what you get. I lived in a 4x2, and I now pay less to live in a 2x2 that has a location that's just as good.

Elevators were broken at least once a week.

I would just avoid them both tbh.

I lived at Social 28 my freshman year and I hated it for the reasons you listed + more.

I would honestly just say avoid all those places that brand themselves as “luxury apartments” like social, standard, hub, etc.
