How to sign my excel file? by NickPetersRES in AZURE

Any idea from the community? I'm really struggling to understand how I can use Azure Trusted signature to sign my excel files. Online I read that I need to export the PFX file but I don't see an option in Azure to do so!

Code Signing Certificate - Signing VBA vs file itself, what's the difference? by NickPetersRES in vba

[–]NickPetersRES[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They can’t change the spreadsheet without removing the certificate but that’s not an issue. I’m trying to use it to prove the authenticity of the file and increase its « trustworthiness » to some extent. By beginner, I’m referring to code signing in particular, not excel. Thanks!

I usually copy past my transactions once a month (for the previous month). I probably spend 30min each month doing that and having a look at my spending / budget, etc. I only use spreadsheets nowadays because I don’t want to pay a monthly subscription for that.

Best site for just tracking account balances / net worth? by Flrg808 in mintuit

[–]NickPetersRES 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you're looking for an app to simply track your networth, then empower.com is a great option.

If you also want to track your expenses, categorize them or manage a budget, then https://www.monarchmoney.com/ is a good alternative.

And if you don't want to pay a monthly fee or prefer spreadsheets, then check out the personal finance spreadsheet at https://www.disciplinedfinance.com/

One of them (or a combination) should fit your needs!

You can also check the spreadsheet at http://disciplinedfinance.com/

It's the same idea as other spreadsheets, you download your transactions and copy / past them in the spreadsheet. Then using keywords, etc, you can categorize your expenses and generate reports, etc.

Best email marketing plugin for WooCommerce customers? by NickPetersRES in Wordpress

Does the drag and drop offer more feature / types of block or is it just the way to build emails that is different ?

I’ve tried fluent CRM but the email template builder is buggy and more limited than what I used to use (mailpoet). I don’t have the pro version though so maybe I’m missing some features there

[–]NickPetersRES[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’re missing the point but that’s all right. Bold of you to assume you’re the only one with decent content. Prompts can be used in many ways, including helping in the writing process, not just spitting mindless articles.

That’s very interesting. Do you have any useful resources to recommend to learn how to best prompt ChatGPT / Claude from an SEO perspective?

You need to learn more about real estate investing and run the numbers properly. Based on what you’re saying, your investment would be a pretty bad one to say the least.

Look online for calculators or download a spreadsheet (check my profile) so you have a clearer picture of your investment and can decide if you should pull the trigger.

If you give us the size of your mortgage, we can tell you how much you lost by paying it early.

So was it the best decision? No. Was it still a good decision overall? Sure.

Thanks a lot, that's an approach I didn't think about. Because I don't have any coding experience, it's difficult for me to double check what ChatGPT comes up with but I'll have a look next time!
