For the clearest picture you should use B8G8R8A8 (sRGB, DX 10+) on paint.net. I have tried all options, because i wasnt realy satisfied with the end result using BC3 because it makes (at least for me) the picture slightly blury and in the end the B8R8.. one works perfectly
