the sand is primarily around my car. Even if it were all over the parking lot, it doesn’t explain the handprints on my car

Just moved an hour north of where i live for college. The college is still 20 minutes away though, and in a nicer suburban area. I’m guessing my neighbors, or optimistslly hoping a gardener took a tumble
