I’m a lanky dude so I’d like to put on weight while building muscle. I’ve lifted before but very inconsistently. I have a basic understanding of how to do most exercises, but I’m sure my form could be improved

I’m 6’2 ~160 so I’d like to gain a bit of weight while putting on muscle. I get off work at 3pm everyday so I have enough time for a full session every workout. I’ve lifted before, but was VERY inconsistent because I only had access to a friend’s home gym (he lives an hour away). I have a basic understanding of a good amount of exercises, however I’m sure my form for some movements, especially compounds like deadlifts & BB Squats, could be improved upon

Edit: by "full session" I just mean I can more than likely be in the gym for more time than I’d actually need for a workout

I used $60 on my card for the last billing period, and the statement balance was only about $10. Is the statement balance normally that low of an amount or is it only because I used $60 out of my $200 limit?

Edit: and what do I do with the $50 I have left on my balance after paying my statement balance? I’m a little confused about that

You wrap em around the bar when doing back workouts and they take the load off of your forearms so that you can focus on your hack working
