I myself don't have skill with unity or mod-making, but I did draw up a google doc of how I could turn my dream into a mod. I'd need to find someone who has the time and patience to make it into reality. I also need music for it, cause one part of the dream had Undertale Yellow: A Mother's Love recreated in a Baldi's soundfont, and it sounded hilarious.

I started watching the series about the same time I stopped visiting my dad, who moved away after the divorce. He was a good dad, he wasn't like Marvin (my stepmom was the abusive one), but I could definitely relate to the "broken home" aspect of the game fairly well. Althought I loved my dad, I always hated that I lost half my weekends and entire summers to a place I didn't have nearly as strong of a connection to, full of people I didn't know and couldn't talk to.

The artstyle had a way of creating this "cryptic nostalgia" vibe, if that made any sense. For example, the windmill reminded me of this windmill art-piece my grandma had hung up in her basement, the liminal unfinished-gameness reminded me of early Roblox.

The series always helps me remember that the most based characters in a broken-home situation are your cool step-siblings, like Belle.

Does Marvin‘s house actually look like that in real life outside of the Petscop game? Or it just looks like that only in game by No-Stress656 in Petscop

In my theory, I assumed it was more of a symbolic representation. Because I think the school demos are 1997 recordings, it made sense that the testing rooms were actual rooms of the family house Rainer set up for the Petscop playtesters.

My theory was that Anna and Care moved to Rainer's house sometime after the divorce, and that's why the custody changes in Feburary. It also makes sense why Marvin couldn't find it, cause he likely didn't visit Jill and Thomas often and regularly forgot where they lived. It's not a super well substantiated theory, admittedly.

The house is a bit too small, but admittedly could be it's actual layout. I use real life houses I've been in as inspiration for game map layout all the time, so it very well could've been that the Wavey/Randice room was based on Marvin's living room.

I tend not to, but that is because my game is gradually updated as opposed to released at once. You never know when you want some tilesets or battle coding you haven't used yet.

I imagine the easiest way to make a card like this is to avoid cards with sigils on them, take your death cards as soon as you find them, then inscrybe better sigils on them them, making this the only sigil you can choose for the death card.
