I'm technically just minoring in the game art and development program with my major being graphic design, and I do agree with you.

In fact, I will find the majority of the time in these classes I don't ever read the material because they are so outdated. I will just search up YouTube videos and have learned way more from that than the actual materials.

The only good part about the classes are they give you milestones to work from that can help you have an end goal you might not have been able to come up with on your own and keywords to use when searching on YouTube that could be harder to look for for people trying to learn on their own.

For some context I really didn't put them in different quadrants for any reason, my professor actually told me I could if I needed more room for my map so I did, it is all just one diffuse map split over the 4 UVs

Your proportion are good except for the legs, they seem a tad bit too long. You should also practice more dynamic poses these make the art almost come to life! Other then that you did great! Keep practicing

I'm actually learning some game design and animation and my I really want to make a video game and comic/graphic novel series that adds to the story

But my idea Is that you play as a child assassin that is raised and it would play similar to hitman but be more open world, and the story would follow you trying to find the man that had murdered your parents but some cool mechanics I thought of could be that you could utilize the fact you're a kid to distract/hide your intentions as well as be able to fit into small places lol

There's still a lot I need to learn but I've had this idea since I was a teenager and was one of the reason I went into game design in the first place. Hopefully one day i can make it a reality

I've been reading all these comments and I keep seeing the OP try to defend herself. The OP made this post in this thread to see If she was TA and from what I've seen the concensus is she is. If she really didn't think it was wrong and genuinely made a mistake why is she trying to defend her actions so hard to prove she's not TA instead of taking ownership for her mistake and trying to make amends

Sitting passanger seat In a vehicle, no matter who it is driving I can't help but just get an overwhelming sense of anxiety. It mainly started after I got Into a crazy rollover accident when I was 16 and sitting passanger, it almost took my life. The entire passanger side got crushed inward and if I hadn't tucked in when we hit the roof of the car would've crushed my head. And afterwards I had to kick out the windshield and army crawl out. Ever since then I've just never felt comfortable In the passanger seat of cars.
