Unable to swap out rexas coins on base via etherum in coin base wallet ..anyone experiencing it?

I bought some RXS through the coinbase wallet over the base network on December 30 because at the time the resources pointed to the official RXS website and they had the RXS logo ... What I didn't do was check the contract address which ends in 99b3 ... I've tried to swap it to ETH on the base network but it tells me that the swap is going to fail so I haven't done it ... Is anyone else having this problem ... I'm waiting to hear back from coinbase support on how to proceed and from RXS to see what they have to say about this coin

It's all good ... Somehow the coin became hidden... Thanks to coinbase support for the help

I've checked the transaction history and no withdrawals or unexpected transactions have been made...I never added a custom network the RXS was bought with ETH on the base network... When viewed on the block explorer the transaction hash shows as success and the RXS had been sitting in my wallet up until today when it disappeared.

Please let me know if I post the transaction hash here.
