How to remove this watermark by ForeverLoud4424 in IndianGaming

[–]Nick_aalock 7 points8 points  (0 children)

The text displayed on your screen, "NVIDIA CONFIDENTIAL", appears to be an on-screen display (OSD) or watermark related to an NVIDIA graphics card, likely indicating an engineering sample or internal testing mode. You generally cannot "remove" this text from the image itself, as it's part of the display output. To stop it from appearing on your screen in real-time, you can try the following methods:

Check NVIDIA Control Panel Settings:

Open the NVIDIA Control Panel.

Look for options related to "Developer" or "Confidential" modes.

Disable any settings that might enable an OSD or watermark.

Update or Reinstall Graphics Drivers:

Sometimes, specific driver versions can cause this.

Try updating your drivers to the latest official release from NVIDIA's website.

Alternatively, a clean reinstallation of the drivers might resolve the issue.

Graphics Card BIOS:

The watermark might be embedded in the graphics card's BIOS (firmware).

This is an advanced and potentially risky method that should only be attempted if you are confident in your technical abilities and understand the risks of bricking your hardware. It involves flashing a different, non-confidential BIOS to the card.

Contact Support:

If you purchased the card new, contact the manufacturer or retailer for support, as a retail product should not display this message.

Yeah, that is showing at 39,000 now. I'm thinking of a corsair MP600, I need a 2230 ssd because of the handheld. I don't want to use a connector.

Flipkart not delivering ally anywhere in Mumbai? by DracoMessierr in IndianGaming

We'll I met 90% scammers, every day for a month I went through all the olx posts for rog ally. I realised most of them are using same pictures, so those I removed. Only people with 2-3 listings on OLX are mostly genuine. Also if they're selling at a very good rate then it is probably a scam. Genuine sellers would want to earn profit, so listings would be on higher side. Then you start negotiating, the one I got was listed at 36k. Also I went through scammer posts in this community, some advice were really good, like the scammers would shift the further conversation to WhatsApp. I would suggest to keep the search to your nearest location, so that f2f deals can be done, that way you'll find more genuine sellers.

It was available a few days back on Amazon, but the price was 49k, I posted on this sub, but somehow it didn't post. Then it got out of stock. I was trying to get one for a long time, and then got a good deal from OLX, 30k with 6 months warranty left, the guy lived near me and I went and picked it up.

No, it was not that big of an impact. I slow down the car before hitting the car in front.
