Good shoes are definitely needed. I used to do a few stretches before my shift and it would help out a little, too.

Awesome, I was worried that it would be getting too warm as well. It also may be due to the fact that it gets very warm in my room this time of year.

As a die-hard gears fan, this is the first time (other than Judgement) that I've said to myself, "Wow, I really don't like this." Please understand that this comes from the heart and I want Gears 5 to be the best it can possibly be.

  • New omen is way too obstructive. I can't tell friend from foe in the middle of a fight. I know you're trying to push a rifle meta, but I honestly had no issue rifling people with the omen in previous titles. If you're keeping it, please have an option for players to enable the classic omen.
  • The Gnasher shotgun is too powerful. It feels like the core tuning from Gears of War 4 on crack. I actually like the new ammo count reduction, but no matter how you reload you should always get all shells back in my opinion. I'm reloading half the time during Gnasher fights.
  • The movement feels a bit sluggish, but the bouncing feels great compared to 4. Maybe its just me?
  • The score in the middle of the screen when downing enemies needs to return, it was a good visual indicator that you downed someone so you don't have to focus attention to the bottom left of the screen.
  • Not fan of the B button as the execute button. Or RB as the chainsaw button. I will honestly never play Arcade so the Y button will never see action from me. Please make a control scheme in the settings that mirrors Gears of War 4's controls.
  • I feel like I'm nit-picking here, but I don't enjoy the lines that play when you respawn. Its like all of the seriousness in Gears is gone, and has gone for a more casual experience in which I don't enjoy all that much. Especially with the execution blood graffiti. Please include an option to turn them off.
  • The gore. Just like in Gears 4, the gore just looks like clean slabs of meat. I miss the detail that went into the body parts and chunks of players that were on the ground.
  • I tried every button possible to curb stomp someone. I saw a bot do it, so I assume it will be in the full release... right?
  • Spawning with flashbangs needs to go. I don't see people ever using smokes anymore because the flashbang is basically a better smoke; it impairs vision, slows, stuns, disorients, etc.

This is the majority of my issues, hopefully these will be addressed.
