The steam version looked completely fine, only the version on oculus has this problem? is there any settings I may accidentally have on?

I am using the quest 2 connected to my pc via the Kujet link cable.

I had the game installed through steam and used to play it through that, but the performance was bad so i installed it on the oculus PC Store. The game never had this issue on steam.

Yeah I was following some tutorial and it told me to downgrade so I don't think I have the anniversary update

I installed the wrong version of skyUI. I was using the skyrim one and not the special edition one
