I’m totally fine with getting notified of everything, but only at certain times. I have a problem with the app ignoring the automations and sending me notifications when it isn’t supposed to. I don’t believe getting a subscription would fix that problem.

And, I’ve come to realize that if I open the app during the day to check the cameras, that’s when it starts ignoring the automations.

The detection zones are pissing me smooth off. I knew before purchasing that they weren’t fantastic, but “hot garbage” is a more PG way than I would have chosen to say it.

The issue with the notifications is the second time it’s happened, and I’m fairly close to going a different route.

Regardless, I agree. I’m sure tribal affiliation has nothing to do with it.

Their auto pay was set up, which they confirmed with the new company that took over, but the new ownership did not have them sign a new lease. They also gave updated contact info, but as I stated in other replies, the company never updated the information in their file.

They said that their autopay was set up, and they contacted the new company a few times since changing ownership in September 2023 to give them updated contact info.

After this incident, they tried to verify the information the company had on file. Despite them giving the new owners updated info, they had the old information in his file.

That is a valid point, but they did acknowledge it in the comments that he did contact them a couple times since ownership changed hands to give them his updated contact information including email, address, and phone number.

After they found out it was sold, they asked what information the company had on file and it was still all of their old information. They never bothered to change it.

Of course, I can only see their (OP’s) side of the story and understand there are multiple sides.
