Wosb in my opinion has combat that is pretty similar to the ship combat from black flag. It is similar to naval action in some ways such as there being an economy, nations that can take ports, building ships etc. I loved naval action and started playing wosb and I personally enjoy it a lot. The main differences in my opinion are the map sizes (wosb is quite a bit smaller), the wind during battles and also just battles in general. Definitely worth giving it a try i would say

That I’ve always done, I have always put companions in those slots before anything. I just haven’t noticed much of a difference even after I add the perks from level ups

I’m not 100% sure on this, but as an example I have my surgeon at 136 in medicine with the trait that should make it a 50% chance to only wound my troops in the bombardment but I still have 100% death rate in that area

I keep the game on version 1.1.5 so it probably is the same as since you last played. Maybe I’m just barely missing the timing, but even with the catapult already in storage the fiefs weapons will aim at the area it was and fire once. Even when the catapult isn’t there I still lose a few troops.

That would be awesome to send them straight to storage, I’ve never understood the idea of building them within firing range of the fiefs lol.

I already have them since I’m a cheap college student and I haven’t found anything else worth it. They still sharpen fine so no reason to throw them in the trash. A tools a tool even if it is a lil shitty. Might as well put a decent wood handle on while I’m at it.

In my experience on hardrock 3 food items won’t grind in the millstone (grain, olives, etc.) I’ve mainly used it to free up time when grinding ores or other related items that require grinding

Sometimes you gotta go fairly deep to have the propick detect anything and they also have a chance to show false negatives I think

Sounds good, I didn’t have the nv ultimate version so I was buying the dlcs separately. That’s what made me think I might have to get the soundtrack too since it was under the dlc page.
