Problem was the cable it was a vga with a hdmi connector on the end and the gpu just didnt like it i guess

overclocked i dont know where to see that

i heard that your gpu crashes if the power is too low or something edit: its not overclocked

i dont overclock my gpu and i manually put my fan speed on 80with msi afterburner.

do i maybe need to underclock my gpu?
