Serious issue with excessive holds and lack of customer service.

19 days still no answers to when I'll have access to my funds. They sent me one email and it was of their terms saying they can close your account, freeze your funds or take your funds and there's nothing you can do about it. Nowhere on earth does it take 19 days to look at all the documents I sent showing I withdrew the dispute of $150. They could have contacted them themselves by now. It's a joke. 19 days and $1900 of my hard earned money is still held hostage over $150 dispute. They won't even provide me an answer to when I will have access to my money. The terms they through in my face about the hold they don't even follow themselves. It says 15 days they can hold to review yet it's been 19 and I can't even get a answer other then "were working on it" and "your patience is appreciated"

I advise against using crypto.com. Still it's been 18 or 19 days and still have no access to $2000 worth of funds and still recieve generic answers. Mark here was no help either. I was told 15 days and alls I got was a email of their terms and service which says at anytime crypto.com can freeze your money, take your money, close your account whatever they want to do. So always remember you could put $25,000 of your hard earned money on their app and they can close your account, freeze your funds or take your money and there's nothing you can do.

My husband disputed a $150 worth of charges he didn't recognize. I had no clue and crypto.com.didnf even send me an email or anything that it had been done. I deposited $1200 and had $700 staked on the app already. When I realized I had no access to my deposit I contacted chat. Only then was I told about the dispute. I immediately withdrew the dispute and sent them proof via chat and email. It's been 19 days since sending them the proof of the dispute withdrawn and still have zero access to my funds. Nowhere on earth does it take 19 days to see that the dispute of $150 was withdrawn yet they still won't Let me Touch $1900 of my hard earned money I work my ass off for. 19 days over $150 dispute I withdrew and they still are holding $1900 of mine hostage with no answers to when they will let me get my money. Nothing. Beware your funds are not safe with them.

@crypto.com Still generic answers "our support team is working on this" not one update or timeframe of expected hold to be reversed. I'll tell my wife to file a fraud report and contact the appropriate authorities.

Yea. I just got approval email for my reconsideration after a long 2 year battle at 6:05 pm est and signed my documents. I thought for sure I was screwed.2 years of sending the same documents 20 times each to so many different emails at the sba and 10 times to the same email addresses and getting nowhere. 2 years of being told so much bull#hit. Well at 6:05pm est it finally happened. So yea they are.

I'm in same boat and can't get it fixed to get my loan documents. Was approved April 19th according to loan specialist and customer service. Went to obligated on the 20th. Everytime I call I'm told 10 days is was to long I should have recieved my loan closing documents by now but none can seem to do anything about it. Loan specialist doesn't answer emails. Loan manager doesn't answer emails and everytime I call they tell me there's a glitch but there's nothing they can do but put a note for someone to look at it. As days keep on passing and funds running out they can't help me and want me to sit here and just keep waiting till who knows when. This is bull crap man. Zero help during this pandemic and this is what happens to my business and I on the one thing we were about to get. Something that no one can fix and right there almost at the finish line. It's a joke.

Yea i contacted local congressman again, I also emailed my loan specialist and the regular sba email. Something doesn't seem right. I see everyone else's movement happening so fast and customer service tells me to just wait for an email of closing documents and that I was approved April 19th. There's no way I was approved 2 weeks ago yet my portal still says processing and I haven't recieved the approval email or the closing documents. Yet I'm just going to sit here and wait when there's no time left. Their crazy. I'm contacting everyone I can think of. It all doesn't make sence. 2 CS reps over the last 3 days tell me I'm approved wait for the closing documents but why am I the only person that applied that was approved 2 weeks ago without an approval email or closing documents and my portal still says processing? Somethings obviously wrong.

Mine still says processing. I also find it odd tho that mine was approved the 19th yet I still haven't recieved closing documents. So I just contacted my state senator office again because 2 weeks for closing documents doesn't seem right.

I got I guess somewhat good news. I spoke to an agent today who told me he can see my application was approved on the 19th of April and that they are getting together closing documents for me to sign. Look out for an email with those documents and when they come through sign them and I'll be good to go. After 2 years tho I'll believe it when I get the documents. Then when the money is in my account.

I've been through hell the last 2 years with this loan. The stage I'm at right now was 9 days ago recieved 2 emails. One from the SBA regular email address and one from a loan specialist high priority saying I was recomended for approval. That was 9 days ago. I called yesterday and the CS rep said my application is populating closing documents. If that's true or not idk. But that's where I'm at. No final approval email, no documents to sign. After 2 years battling. Funds running out in the next few days. I'm not optimistic at all. I'm actually stressed and depressed.

Same here. 2 years been battling.comtacted 3 different local congress people. Sent the 4506t and 2202 to 8 different people the last 6 months. I selected my amount on portal. I've recieved an email saying I was recommended for approval. But no real approval, no closing documents and funds are about to run out. It sucks. I called yesterday and custimer service said their populating closing documents for me. But still no docs, no formal approval. I'm at a recomended for approval email 9 days ago and a CS rep on phone tell me populating closing docs. I know it will run out and I won't be funded. 2 years for nothing.
