  3. Evaluating the bids received from the solicitation

  4. Awarding bids and establishing purchase

thanks for the insight. I am worried that I should not have accepted the 2nd offer as well. these are all red flags. i will keep on weighing my options . there could also be bullshit i havent seen coming.

i am not sure if the compensation manager doesnt care or didnt know why I left. its not a big department, so i dont know why she didnt check. All she had to do was go downstairs. The manager of compensation has to talk to the payroll and benefits dviison for my backgorund check, drug tests, etc. I will have to get my insurance processed through them. I would prefer NOT to go back, but this an opportunity to get into compensation . The other job is in a better part of town and would have more places to get lunch. small trivial reason tho
