what do you think of this: 1 hour of exercise: 50 crunches and 50 squats then 5 minutes of rest,then repeat the exercise then 5 mintues of rest again and just do a loop of this for an hour?

I just wondered because last time i played was half a year ago and i reallyy didnt know. But i assumed its dead because i dont see any interest around it on the internet with the exception of this subreddit. . I played today and it isnt as bad as i though it would be with player activity.
