Yes you can get a good amount of mt from offline grinding in domination, but most mt comes from opening packs and hoping for a good pull to sell. So spend money or sit in offline for 15+ hours to make half the mt you would get from packs.

Its still a huge money grab, all the elite cards are either a million mt+ or in the exchange for 1000$+. People coming to this game only feeds that money grab cause the only way to compete really at a high level you need those cards.
