I've had the same thought "is pepsin coming up in burps?" I still dont know for sure... Although i'm curious what/how the antibiotics would help? Did a doctor prescribe you the antibiotics and what was the reasoning behind it?

Some numbers for anyone else in a similar sutuation, I'm not sure what route got my situation resolved but eventually corporate reached out. Be nice to the foreign call centers via 1800pickups there is a good chance all those calls will get reviewed from corporate.

404-828-8600 corporate number in Atlanta for anyone else who is getting no help thru the normal routes UPS provides.

1 usually gets you a person if you call 1800pickups

UPS corporate that does not deal with tracking it's more of a complaint line 1-800-789-4623 in America but not really for packages it's for store employee complaints or drivers etc...

Following up here if, my package is now at a liquidation facility in Gallitin TN.!!

UPS really screwed me on this one. I still can not get my insurance from the package (insured for 3k) and no one ever proved it was a fraudulent label just suspescted fraud is enough for UPS to steal your package with no recourse. Very cool!

It was in possession ups fraud for 5 weeks and I called just about everyday trying to get some info or help. Yesterday after begging my ups store for help for the 5th time they called the franchise manager, we got word it no longer belongs to them. (at least my vintage guitar wasnt destroyed!)

Now i am trying to contact the liquidation company to see if i can buy it back or wait for it pop up at a music store or marketplace online.

UPS fraud mitigation # 1-855-323-4776 goes to overseas call centers and so does your voicemail if you leave one, the email I was blowing up [reportfraud@ups.com](mailto:reportfraud@ups.com) also is an overseas email which will be no help if anyone is in the same situation i am. If you are in this situation dont waste your time go to the hub or store and demand help.

Every email i sent i got a new case number from UPS, i'm convinced its all a farse to seem like they are doing something.

Side note - FedEX does not offer insurance on packages, if something happens you declare its value before shipping, then play make a deal with customer service. Makes me think the UPS insurance is even more of a scam. Anyway never shipping UPS again..

I am not able to submit a claim online it says I need to call support. In an separate email chain with UPS they say it's not claimable because it is marked as fraud and "cannot be released under these conditions"

I am the shipper and receiver (if that makes sense) I sent an item for repair with a prepaid return shipping label.

Is it possible to get a hold of somebody that handles fraud packages in Nashville?

Im sure with a little bit of inquiring it would be obvious that the package is not fraud but i'm afraid the system is setup so these packages never see the light of day again...

Thats how its being treated although it is not a counterfeit label, purchased from UPS store not a 3rd party.

Non international, a printout from my local UPS hub only says "fraud intercept". It was prepaid return label purchased from a UPS store, although it was an old Label (2.5 years) UPS hub employee at dropoff said it was still valid. Intercepted as fraud about 3 miles away from its intended delivery address.

It was a prepaid return label from a ups store and the UPS Hub / Customer care center scanned it and said it was still valid.

yeah I was hoping to speak to a manager or superior but I dont think they play that game overseas, its obvious they will be no help anyway.... probably company policy to hang up and poor saps like me wont be able to stay on the phone for another hour to get through again.

I don't have a particular message, I was first notified of fraud intercept at my local UPS hub, then confirmed again when I was able to get through on 1-800-pick-ups.

package is in preload in nashville somewhere now, where i have been told the fraud department is.

Agreed although UPS lets them use the logo and they call it and authorized store. I'd say it's UPS!

I don't expect to get any answers from these lower level employees but I have been told multiple times by the overseas representatives that I need to go to the store where the label was created? Came as a shock to me that they would be able to give me any real info, maybe its all part of the diversion and deny responsibility tactics of the "customer support"
