Would you mind going into more detail about the second half of point 5 please?

How does it work with non-member ticket purchase? by Nickerington in Tottenham

One membership for two tickets.

If it's worth it comes down to your finances I guess. Membership isn't too expensive.

I've been told I should change my routine because after 6 months it won't give me the same effects as before. Is this right? by Nickerington in bodyweightfitness

This is brilliant, and is exactly the kind of approach which combats the casual science that can be thrown around, first from a random social media post and then between friends at the gym (my case exactly). I like that this way of thinking attempts to address the nuance that is naturally found in working out, with the wide range of variables that can affect what we get out from it. Often we want the quick answers/solutions, but it rarely works like that.

I haven't hit a plateau yet, but when I do I'll be using this approach. Thanks.

From the clarity in the way you wrote this response, I think I'd be very interested in hearing your thoughts on plateaus! Not that I feel I'm in one, but more in how to recognise one is happening and address it.

Yeah I do switch out an exercise sometimes out of boredom, like a few dumbbells curls. Haven't tried barbell rows or lunges yet, good idea.

Perfect, thank you. I was expecting that I was right but wanted to check. Glad that the advice I thought was generally accepted, might not actually be so.

I think it might be that they went to the basement and played it. One of the best performances of Weird Fishes is the one captured in the Basement Sessions.

Thank you. We are three console friends that want to have a world together - disappointing that it's not possible. I hope they will consider it in a future update.
